Exterior & Interior

The most annoying shortcomings of the previous CTS’s interior were addressed by Cadillac designers when they created the STS-V’s cabin. The modern sports car has far more intuitive and easy-to-use controls. The STS-V’s cabin flaws must now be addressed by Cadillac. This is true even when taking into account the more affordable pricing compared to European competitors. There is approximately three inches extra legroom in the back than in the previous generation of CTS, making it more roomy than the aforementioned BMW 3-series and Alfa Romeo Giulia. Engine & Performance

Despite being 4.7 inches shorter in total length, the STS now sits on a wheelbase that is 4.2 inches longer than the previous model. You can see the areas that were cut when you look at the automobile from the side. The trunk has lost two cubic feet in capacity. Still, the proportions of the backseat haven’t altered much. Even with two people and their mocha lattes, the backseat is still a bit cramped, but it’s fine for a premium vehicle. If the seat cushion had been higher, you might have sunk your feet completely beneath the front seats. What about a third adult involved? The front seats are surprisingly robust and have good support for both the hips and shoulders, much as in a BMW. I have no issues. The gauges have basic, easily readable lighted white numbers placed on a black backdrop. An eight-inch diagonal “infotainment” screen, which can have its face turned up to fifteen degrees to reduce glare, dominates the neat and organized middle stack. Warm eucalyptus trim, which is quite lifelike in appearance, adorns the cockpit.
